A total of 52 lion and dragon dance performances by Wenyang Sports Association were carried out at Compass Point and Causeway Point from 21 Jan to 10 Feb 2007. This was the largest number of performances carried out by a lion and dragon dance team in 21 days.

Wenyang Sports Association displayed a lion dance performance at Clarke Quay on 30 Jan 2009. The lion in the dance performance had 1,300 LED lights on it.

To User in the Lunar New Year, a duo from the Wenyang Lion Dance Troupe climbed the 30m via Ferrata wall at Orchard Central. The lion dance display on 30 Jan 2010 was organised by building owner Far East Organization.

The largest Dancing Lion in Singapore was created on 20 Jan 2011 at Jurong Point Shopping Mall. Wenyang Sports Association now holds the record for the lion head measuring 3.8m wide and height 3.2m. The total length of the lion measures 8.8m long.

Wenyang Lion Dance Troupe currently has 3 competitive lion dance teams, 1 junior lion dance team, 1 female lion dance team, 2 competitive dragon dance team and 1 junior dragon dance team. Our teams have won numerous National and World awards since establishment.
